#88. Create a System of Anonymous Evaluation of Supervisors

Create a system of anonymous evaluation of supervisors/high-level employees and services to provide feedback. This would likely require the approval of the President and the cooperation of the Senior Staff, and would need to be implemented by Human Resources and/or Information Technology Services. Creation of the various surveying instruments would require substantial expertise and delicacy; thus we propose appointing a broadly representative Task Force to study the issue.

Status:

Feb. 8, 2012: Resolved. HR will pilot this process with a small group of supervisors in Fiscal Year 2012. The purpose of such a feedback process would be developmental, not punitive. Results will be known in FY13.
